About

What this actually is

A transparent global social experiment — not a charity, not a course, not an investment platform.

The question

The One Percent Experiment asks one question in public: can at least $1 from 1% of humanity become something life-changing? Everything on this site exists to test that question honestly and to show the results as they happen.

What it is not

It is not a habit tracker. It is not a course or a personal-improvement challenge. It is not a registered charity. It is not an investment platform. Contributions are voluntary support — not investments, loans, ownership, sweepstakes entries, or promises of financial return.

How people are counted

The main metric is verified individual participants, never dollars. One verified person counts once, whatever they contribute. Every verified participant receives a permanent Human Number beginning with #000001, and no final Human Number is generated until a payment is verified.

Radical transparency

Public counters, a public map, a published financial breakdown, and a standing 10% Give-Back Commitment. If a number is uncertain or estimated, it is labeled as such.
