Refund Policy
Refunds are honored, and the public numbers are corrected when they happen.
Requesting a refund
Contact us with your Human Number or receipt within 30 days of your contribution and we will process a refund to the original payment method where the processor allows it.
Effect on the count
A refunded, reversed or charged-back contribution is excluded from settled gross, removed from the verified participant count, and excluded from the 10% Give-Back base.
Effect on your Human Number
A refunded record's Human Number is retired rather than reassigned, so the public sequence stays honest.
Disputes
If you file a chargeback, the record is marked as disputed while the processor reviews it and is excluded from public totals in the meantime.
