Terms of Contribution

Contributions are voluntary support — not investments, loans, ownership, sweepstakes entries, or promises of financial return. You receive no equity, no revenue share, no security, and no control over how funds are used.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Contributions from sanctioned jurisdictions are not accepted.

A Human Number is issued only after a payment is verified, in verification order, and is permanent. A refunded, reversed or charged-back contribution may result in the record being marked accordingly.

10% Give-Back Commitment: We commit 10% of successfully settled gross contributions to helping other people or eligible community projects. The 10% is calculated before payment-processing fees. Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise uncollected transactions are excluded. This project is not currently a charity, and contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.

After payment-processing fees, taxes, operating expenses, refunds, and other campaign costs, the remaining portion may benefit the creator and family, including pursuing a home with land, building businesses, creating long-term investments, and operating and expanding The One Percent Experiment. Contributors do not receive ownership or control over these funds.

Community voting may only apply to designated Give-Back Fund decisions or harmless campaign features. It must never control the creator's remaining 90%.
