FAQ
Questions people actually ask
If something here is unclear, contact us and it will be added.
Is this a charity?
No. This project is not currently a charity, and contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Do I get anything financial back?
No. Contributions are voluntary support — not investments, loans, ownership, sweepstakes entries, or promises of financial return.
If I give $100, do I count as 100 people?
No. One verified person counts once. A larger contribution raises your supporter level and nothing else.
When do I get my Human Number?
Only after your payment is verified. Until then no final number is generated or reserved.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. Nickname, city and state/province are all optional. Exact addresses and exact coordinates are never shown.
Is the site live yet?
Every public figure comes from real verified payments only. There is no sample or demo data anywhere on the public site: counters, the globe, leaderboards and Human Cards read the production database and simply show nothing when there is nothing to show.
